Orders and Payments

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. Unpaid orders will be canceled after one hour. Prices are subject to taxes, and we reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Product Descriptions and Defects
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Minor measurement differences (within 1 inch) are not considered defects. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days (Malaysia) or 30 days (International) with your order number and photos of the defect.

Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with tags intact. Certain items, such as innerwear, swimwear, and accessories, are non-returnable. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days (Local) or 30 days (International) of shipping. Refunds will be issued as store credits.

Delivery
Delivery costs are displayed during checkout. Orders are processed within 2 working days, and delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Personal Data

General

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and Vant Ge Cout.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia under the rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).
